Q: Why is the 100% Talent Program sunsetting?
A: The 100% Talent Program has been an important initiative of the Women’s Funding Alliance (WFA). In March 2020, WFA closed its operations and is transferring its remaining funds to Washington Women’s Foundation to be held by the Foundation as the “WFA Fund for Women.” The Foundation will use this Fund to continue the work of WFA, advancing leadership and economic opportunities for women and girls in the state of Washington.
We hope the spirit of the 100% Talent Program will be carried forward by the all the signatories and partners who are committed to promoting gender equity in the workplace and closing the gender wage gap.
